Cancellations must be received in writing by December 14, 2020. No refunds will be granted after that date. A processing fee of 30 Euro will be deducted from each cancelled registration. Substitutions are possible. To substitute a registration, please send an email including the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to: registration@worldmelanoma2021.com.
About 200 free parking spaces are available at the congress venue “La Nuvola”.
The certificate of attendance will be sent by email within 2 weeks following the end of the conference. You will receive the certificate at the email address provided within your registration. In case you would like to receive the document at a different email address please contact the registration desk.

EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. For most other nationalities’ visas are required for entering Germany.
