Cancellations must be received in writing by February 14, 2021. No refunds will be granted after that date. A processing fee of 30 Euro will be deducted from each cancelled registration.

Substitutions are possible. To substitute a registration, please send an email including the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to: registration@worldmelanoma2021.com.

For receiving a certificate of attendance, an online evaluation form needs to be filled out. You can also download your personalised certificate on each congress day from 16:00 CEST at the CME booth, which can be accessed via the corresponding “CME Credits” note on the counter in the lobby. Attendance in the virtual environment will be captured. It is not necessary to enter the name, as the system automatically adopts the name entered during online registration. The online evaluation only needs to be completed once. It is also possible to download certificates of attendance for past congress days (this is not possible for CME certificates!).

A download of the certificate is possible until the closing of the platform on Sunday, 18.04.2021 at 23:59 CEST.

The 10th World Congress of Melanoma & 17th EADO Congress, Virtual Meeting, Germany, 15/04/2021-17/04/2021 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 20 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

For German participants only:
This program has been accredited by the Landesärztekammer Brandenburg with 18 German credit points (category B, 6 points on Thursday, 6 points on Friday, 6 points on Saturday). In order to receive the continuing medical education points of the German Medical Association, please go to the CME booth in the virtual lobby and fill in your EFN number including first name, last name and place of residence. We will report your points automatically to the German Medical Association after checking your daily attendance. Therefore, you only need to fill out the form once.

For receiving your CME certificate, an online evaluation form needs to be filled out. You can download your personalised CME certificate on each congress day from 16:00 CEST at the CME booth which can be accessed via the corresponding “CME Credits” note on the counter in the lobby. Attendance in the virtual environment will be captured. It is not necessary to enter the name, as the system automatically adopts the name entered during online registration. The online evaluation only needs to be completed once.

It is not possible to download CME certificates for past days within the platform! If you have been unable to download your CME certificate on the same day, it can only be sent to you on request. Please write an email to certificates@worldmelanoma2021.com and include your full name, the email address you used to register for the congress and the days and hours you attended the congress. We will check the request internally and send you your certificate about 3 weeks after receiving your request.

A download of the certificates is possible until the closing of the platform on Sunday, 18.04.2021 at 23:59 CEST.

A virtual congress bag is available in the lobby of the virtual platform. The files contained therein will also be sent to all registered participants in the form of a data link on April 12. On behalf of the sponsoring companies, we ask for your kind attention.
